Custom Designs

Our designs are created in Ohio. We do not stock finished items therefore your order is made especially for you! The normal lead time to produce our designs is 4 - 6 weeks. This lead time does not include the shipping time to you. All custom designs are non-refundable. So, please make sure that you are 100% sure on the approval. Once payment is collect, it is proof that you approve of the custom design.


When will I receive my design?

All designs unless stated in the description are made-to-order. Typical designs take 4 - 6 weeks to design. If the design is ready-to-ship, we will ship out immediately within 2 - 3 business day. Large designs will require additional shipping costs.


Order Cancelation

All in stock ready-to-ship items can be canceled within 24 hours. If your design has shipped, you will be required to pay a restock fee and shipping cancelation/reroute fee. If the design has been delivered - the sale is final. We will not accept designs once it has been delivered to client. All custom orders are final. No refunds.


SALE ITEMS***

All sale items are final sale. Most are display designs or has small imperfections.


DAMAGED GOODS

All designs must be opened upon delivery. If anything is received damaged… pictures of damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Refunds are based on item. Typically we will send replacement if possible.


IN-STOCK DESIGNS

Unless stated otherwise, all in-stock items are made to order. Once order is received we will design your flower arrangement. Please expect 2-3 weeks lead time. We do this to keep all designs “fresh”!😊
